We cannot help with your IHIP account
IHIP Portal Guide is not a government office and has no access to IHIP. We cannot reset passwords, create users or change reports. Please do not send us your user ID, password, OTP or any patient data.
For account problems, contact your district surveillance unit (DSU) or use the official portals:
IHIP has one official address: ihip.mohfw.gov.in. This guide has no login. Never share your IHIP user ID, password or OTP with anyone, including callers or messages that claim to be from the district or state, and never send patient details to unofficial groups or websites. Password resets go through your own login page or your district surveillance unit.
