Data we do not collect

This site has no login and no forms that ask for user IDs, passwords, OTPs or patient information. The form picker, week calendar and glossary search run only in your browser; nothing you choose or type in them is sent to us.

Data that may be collected

  • Server logs: our host may record IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and basic statistics.
  • Cookies: the site may use essential cookies. If we add analytics or advertising, those services may set cookies, and we will ask for consent where the law requires it.
  • Email: if you write to us, we keep your message to reply and do not sell or share it.
