This site has no login. We never ask for an IHIP, IDSP or HMIS user ID, password or OTP, and we never ask for patient names, phone numbers or case details.

Information here is general guidance written in good faith. Portals, forms, disease lists and deadlines change and can differ by state and district. Always follow official IDSP and IHIP guidelines, your training and your district surveillance officer.
